    The hotel was located close enough to nice restaurants, seafront and port. Good and marvellous location close to the marina was a plus. Explanada de la Bandera was also not too far from the venue. The room was new-fashioned, fine with hypo-allergenic pillows;)))

    The customer service at this hotel was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. the amenities were luxurious and exclusive, including a stunning outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

    The location of the hotel made it difficult to access Wi-Fi, which was a minor inconvenience. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which compensated for this issue.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, just a few steps away from the seafront and transportation services. I also appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel room, and the variety of great facilities available, such as the lovely pool.

    The location of this hotel was fantastic! We were just a few steps away from the waterfront and the ferry services. This made it very convenient for us to explore the area and go on day trips. We also loved the spacious rooms with a nice touch of decor.

    The lack of wifi was a bit of a disappointment as we needed to stay in touch with our loved ones back home. the building could definitely use a few upgrades as the shower water had strange colors and there was some mineral build-up.

    This hotel is situated in close proximity to the seafront, making it a great location who want to be near the water. Guests can easily access ferry services and enjoy walking around the area to find restaurants. the spacious rooms are a definite plus and the exceptional customer service stands out. the owner is especially helpful and communicative. There is a lovely pool on the premises and breakfast is available.

    Some maintenance issues were noted in one review, which could use some attention.

    The hotel location was very convenient, close to the water taxi and within walking distance to several restaurants. the room was spacious and had a lovely pool.
